How do I log a ticket?

Emailing support@schemeserve.com will create a ticket with our support team. When logging a ticket be sure to include as much information as possible. 

Include information such as: Scheme name, policy ID, user group and policy number.

If you are reporting a bug, be sure to include the browser type you are using too.
