How do I set up a user?

Adding a new user can only be done by admin users:

Go to "Admin" on your site, navigate to "User," and select "Add New." Complete the details, including a password (changeable later), permission levels, referral level, and email. Save, then select "Resend Welcome Email" for the user to reset their password and access the site.
