On the login page, select "Help: I forgot my username or password" at the bottom. Enter your username to receive a reset email or your email address for a reminder email.

What browser should I be using?

We recommend using Firefox, as it manages large amounts of data more efficiently and tends to encounter fewer issues.

What's the maximum number of properties I can add to one policy?

In the question set editor for MultiPage questions, the maximum number of properties can be set. The number of properties that can be quoted depends on the size of the scheme. Large amounts of data are handled better by Firefox than by most other browsers.

Your password must contain the following: Minimum Length: 24, Capital Letters: 2, Digits: 2, Special Characters: 2

How do API integrations work?

How API Integrations Work with SchemeServe

API integrations let SchemeServe connect with other systems so information can be shared automatically (instead of being copied and pasted).

SchemeServe supports two main types of API integrations:

1) Using SchemeServe’s Developer APIs (your system connects to SchemeServe)

2) Using the API Builder (SchemeServe connects to other services)

What's a system ID

In SchemeServe, a System ID is the unique internal identifier assigned to data point so it can be tracked and used reliably across your site.

E.g. [PolicyId]

How does versioning work?

Versioning can be implemented across different parts of your scheme to allow for different versions of rates, documents etc to all be running at the same time.

Versioning normally follows a simple formula which directs SchemeServe to which rates or documents you´d like to used based on certain dates e.g.

IF([Policy.InceptionDate] >= #2026-01-01#, 2, 1)
