Have you built rules for your documents to generate?
When you change the status on a policy, does the activity log say any documents have been generated?
Can you see any documents under the documents tab on a policy or in your emails?
- Check the email is correct in your document generation rule.
- Check the document settings within the document editor. This can sometimes override settings in the rules:

Double check your document generation rules have been built under the correct status e.g. if you change the status to On Cover are there rules to say documents should be generated at this stage?
