✔️Build your question set before building any other part of your scheme:
You'll need the system IDs for other parts of your scheme so it's best to get these built first

 ✔️Standardise your system IDs:
- Capitals for each word e.g. StartDate
- Add YN for Yes/no questions e.g. AlarmYN
- Don't include “of” e.g. AlarmType vs TypeOfAlarm

✔️Add a hidden Underwriter page for questions such as:
- Cancellation Reasons
- MTA Reasons
- UMR

✔️Build hidden fields for rates & documents versioning even if you don't need it just yet
This allows for quicker editing down the line

✔️ Build fields for Index Linking if you think your scheme will likely need it in the future:
This allows for quicker editing down the line

✔️ Set all your loads & discount fields to loads:
This allows you to use “-” in your rating file for discounts making your rating file easier to read

✔️ Use “MP” as the system ID for your MultiPage question:
This is what we do internally at SchemeServe as a standardisation

✔️Use radio buttons for Yes/No questions:
This normally looks cleaner on your quote journey and is faster than a dropdown when selecting an answer
