The renewal button isn't appearing

Have you set up your renewal date settings?

Have you got a policy that is due for renewal?

Yes

 

No

 
 

Have you enabled renewals on this scheme?

Yes

 

No

 
 

Contact our Obsessive Support team who will be able to help with this.

 

Head to your scheme settings and under the general tab enable renewals:

 

Find a policy and back-date it so that the renewal is due. Do this by editing the dates on the right of the policy:

 

Head to scheme settings and under the advanced tab and enter a number in:
"How soon before expiry should the renewal button show?" 

Done

 

Can't find that

 
 

Head to a policy that is due for renewal and make sure it is On Cover. A renewal button should be visible on the right-hand side of the policy.

If you don't have a policy due for renewal you can backdate a policy by editing the dates on the right:
