I've set the policy fee in the settings but it is pulling through differently on the matrix tab
The rating file will override your settings. We'd recommend setting all rates and fees in your rating file if possible.
Try setting it to 0
Now use your rating file to set it to the correct amount: SetFee:PolicyFee
It looks like the your policy fee is being set somewhere else. Check your rating and your rules. If there isn't anything noticeable, contact out Obsessive Support team who will help you out.
