INTEGRATIONS
Connect SchemeServe to the systems you use
Automate data exchange, payments, reporting, address searches, risk enrichment and accounting processes using SchemeServe's integration options.
This catalogue summarises the integration methods and connected services currently documented in our knowledge base. Start by deciding which direction your information needs to travel.
|
EXTERNAL SYSTEM TO SCHEMESERVE Developer APIs Use SchemeServe's REST APIs when your own software needs to read supported data from, or send supported data to, SchemeServe. |
SCHEMESERVE TO EXTERNAL SERVICE API Builder Use the API Builder when SchemeServe needs to call a third-party service during quotation, underwriting or policy servicing. |
Available integrations
Choose an integration below to understand what it does and what you will need to get started.
RISK INTELLIGENCE
Addresscloud
Retrieve property-level address and risk information, including flood and burglary scores. Responses can be stored in hidden questions and used in rating, rules and referrals.
BUSINESS DATA · API BUILDER EXAMPLE
Companies House
Look up business details during a quotation or underwriting journey. Returned company information can be stored in SchemeServe to reduce manual entry and support validation, rating or referral decisions.
Requires access to a suitable Companies House API or service, together with the relevant credentials and API Builder configuration.

COMPLIANCE · API BUILDER EXAMPLE
Sanctions checking
Send customer or business details to a third-party sanctions screening service and use the returned result within the SchemeServe journey. The response can support automated referrals or other compliance actions.
Requires a sanctions screening provider with a compatible API, an active provider account and the necessary credentials.
FOOD RISK DATA · API BUILDER EXAMPLE
Food hygiene data
Enrich food, hospitality or catering schemes with information from a food hygiene data source, such as Food Standards Agency data. Returned ratings or other available values can be stored in SchemeServe and used in underwriting, rating or referral logic.
The available data, licensing and authentication requirements depend on the selected provider or data service.
ADDRESS DATA
ePostcode
Add UK postcode lookup, address autocomplete and address validation to new business, renewal and mid-term adjustment journeys.
Requires a separate ePostcode account, API credentials and lookup credits.
CARD PAYMENTS
Opayo
Take card payments for new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments. The integration also supports eligible refunds and reuse of valid stored payment methods.
Requires an active Opayo account and card payments enabled within the scheme.
BANK FEEDS
Open Banking
Connect a bank account to Digit through GoCardless and import read-only bank statement transactions automatically, reducing manual uploads and speeding up reconciliation.
Open Banking is enabled and configured on request.
SECURE FILE TRANSFER
SFTP
Exchange encrypted files with insurers, MGAs and other third parties. Common uses include reports, bordereaux, policy data, claims information and documents.
Requires an SFTP server, connection details and secure key configuration.
SCHEDULED REPORTING
Automated reports via SFTP
Send SchemeServe reports automatically to your systems or third-party partners using an encrypted SFTP connection and an agreed delivery schedule.
