The Import Cases function found on the cases tab allows you to bulk upload policies into SchemeServe using a structured import file.

This process is suitable when:

• Launching a new scheme and uploading live policies
• Moving policies from a legacy system (without full system migration)
• Adding historic or externally generated policies
• Bulk-creating cases outside the standard quote journey
