What are the options when it comes to sending emails?
Option 1: Head to admin and into Email Templates. From here, you can view and edit all the templates that already exist. These can be made dynamic by using the system IDs to the right of the email template editor.
This editor is limited to these system IDs only. Option 2 may be more suitable if you'd like to include other fields.
Option 2: Email templates can be built into your rule builder:

You may have certain emails you want generated when a quote is declined, cancelled, placed on cover etc…
These email templates work in the same way the document editor works. Jump into source and build out your template using HTML, CSS, adding in dynamic fields, formula, headers and footers along the way.
When viewing the email template, use the maximise button to view it in full screen:

When sending the email to brokers, use: ##[Broker.Email]##
When sending the email to clients, use: ##[Client.Email]##
