SchemeServe can call an external API during quotation when additional information is required before producing a price or underwriting decision. The most common way of doing this is through Address Cloud or similar. This is usually done via the Rating file/Rules and the data typically includes:
- Flood-risk checks;
- Property enrichment;
- Credit or sanctions checks;
- Subsidence information;
- Geocoding;
