Tags allow you to create groups within SchemeServe for communication, organisation, and reporting purposes. These could be groups of agents, client types, policy types, locations, areas etc…

Tags enable structured segmentation without affecting permissions or access rights. An agent or client can belong to multiple tags simultaneously.

When Should You Use Tags?

Use Tags when you need to:

  • Send consistent communication to a defined group
  • Filter reports by a specific subset of agents or clients
  • Organise business relationships logically
  • Track performance of specific networks or distribution channels
  • Tags are particularly useful for reporting and management oversight.

Creating a Tag

Follow these steps to create a new Tag:

  1. Click the Admin tab.
  2. Select the Tags Editor icon.
  3. Click Add New.
  4. Enter a Tag Name.
  5. Select a Tag Colour from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click Save to create the Tag
    – or –
Click Cancel to exit without saving.

The Tag is now available for assignment.

  1. Open the relevant Agent or Client profile.
  2. On the first page of the profile, locate the Add Tag link.

  3. Once you click of this field it will automatically save this tag against this policy

You can search using tags on the cases tab on the left.

Now that tags have been assigned to certain agents and clients, you can jump into the tags editor and get an overall summary:
