My rating file isn´t working
Have you added any formula to your rating file?
Check your formula in our formula tester in the bottom right of any policy. A common issue is not adding a suffix to the end of your system ID within a formula e.g. MP_BuildingsSI_Cover
Have you added any new fields in your rating file?
Here are the most common errors:
- Spelling mistakes
- Unnecessary spaces
- No suffix on the end of your system ID
Please contact our support team noting any recent changes you have made
Have you changed any other areas of your scheme recently?
This may have had a knock on effect. Review your changes to ensure no mistakes were made
