When making changes to the Question Set, once you hit Publish, those changes will be made live instantly.

For cases already on cover
- these will remain unaffected by the changes until the policy is renewed
- any MTA done on these policies will use the old question set version (before the changes were made)

This is important because insurers wouldn't tend to change the terms and conditions that were in effect at the time the policy incepted/renewed, so any new questions or charging structure wouldn't be imposed until the next renewal.

How can I find which version of my question set the case is using?

1. Select the case you want to inspect
2. Navigate to the Questions tab
3. Scroll to the very bottom. You will see a dropdown which tells you the date and time the Question Set was published

The next time you do a renewal on this particular case, you should see the question set updated here
