Creating an account
You have two ways of creating an account on SchemeServe:
1. You can create the account yourself by heading to the sites page and heading to the ´Get Quote´ page. You can either log in or ´register a new agent account´.
2. The site´s admin team can create an account for you
Both options above will require the site´s admin team to enable your account.

Now that you've seen how to navigate around SchemeServe, here are some key points to remember:
🔹 Use the notes tab within a policy to communicate with an underwriter.
🔹 You´ll only be able to place a policy on cover once referrals have been cleared by an underwriter.
🔹 Documents will be made available to you if the underwriter makes them visible.
🔹 Changes to a policy should be made through an adjustment.
