SchemeServe allows you to customise your quote journey to align with your own branding, layout, and user experience requirements.

This enables you to create a tailored front-end experience that reflects your business identity while maintaining the underlying SchemeServe functionality.

What Can Be Customised

Custom design work can include:

  • Page layouts and structure
  • Branding (colours, fonts, logos)
  • User journey flow and styling
  • Visual enhancements to improve user experience

For inspiration and examples, refer to the SchemeServe Customisation Brochure:

 How It’s Delivered

Custom design work can be approached in two ways:

1. SchemeServe UX Team Support

  • Work directly with the SchemeServe UX team
  • Ideal for more complex or fully bespoke designs
  • This will be charged per hour's work
  • Ensures best practice in usability and performance

2. Self-Service Using Template & Guide below

  • Scheme builders can implement design changes themselves
  • Use the provided SchemeServe templates as a foundation
  • Suitable for lighter customisation to modernise your quote journey

Recommendation

⚠  If you are unfamiliar with this area, it is strongly recommended to book a training session with SchemeServe before making changes.
