Endorsements are normally given a 4 digit number as the identifier e.g. 0001. This is the number you will use in your rule to trigger the endorsement being attached the policy.
Formatting Endorsements will need to formatted using HTML. Using “source” within your endorsement editor, add html. This is needed so that when you pull your endorsements through to your documents, they will keep the formatting already set in your documents.
